Entrance Hall  /  Dining Room

The Entrance Hall is decorated in a golf theme, with a couch, easy chairs and tables.
The Dining Room will seat six comfortably.

Family Room

The main living area is equipped with a 31” colour TV with 70 cable channels, VCR, and CD Hi-Fi System.
It includes sofas, chairs and tables and an adjoining breakfast area with a table and chairs.
A Sony PlayStation with a selection of games is provided, as are board games and four tennis racquets for use on the local courts.

Kitchen

The kitchen is of open plan design and has 2½ sinks with waste disposal unit, large fridge / freezer with ice maker,
electric hob with large oven, microwave and dishwasher. It is also fully equipped with cutlery,
crockery and glassware and the usual kitchen appliances and utensils.
